But because of local peoples' poverty, most of the gold minerals are collected and processed sporadically by local residents, using very simple methods and tools. This chaotic mining method has caused the waste of mineral resources and seriously damaged the environment. In view of this situation, our company, KINGLINK, designed and manufactured a set of small and medium-sized crushing and mineral processing production line. Its production capacity of 100 tons per day. This process technology is simple, these equipment is easy to install and operate, which greatly improves the output and efficiency of mineral processing.
Most gold deposits in Africa exist in quartz veins. For this kind of quartz stone with higher hardness, we adopted Two-stages crushing process: the primary crushing is broken by fine jaw crusher, the secondary crushing is crushed by cone crusher. The crushed materials are sent to the ball mill by belt conveyor for grinding. After grinding, the slurry is separated by three-stages gravity separation: Spiral Chute - Shaking Table - Centrifugal Concentrator.
